The WIT continuous improvement model provides for effective strategic planning through evaluation, gap analysis and plan development, as well as coaching and monitoring of implementation. WIT will develop and facilitate a strategic planning process that will engage all organizational stakeholders in ownership of the vision, mission and goals of the organization as well as the development of measurable concrete objectives. The strategic plan will enable leadership to evaluate progress and the organization to improve performance. The strategic planning process supports the ability of the organization to:
